Broad view.
Disciplined execution.
Senior advisory support for enterprise technology and transformation businesses.
Building stronger commercial capability, sharper execution and scalable B2B revenue across the UK, US, EMEA and APAC.
Taikan Advisory helps enterprise technology and transformation businesses step back from commercial complexity, see the full revenue system clearly, and execute with discipline.
Why Taikan
Taikan is a Japanese concept linked to taking the broad view. It reflects the ability to step back, see the whole picture, and understand how the parts connect.
In complex enterprise revenue environments, growth problems rarely sit in one place. They cut across strategy, account focus, leadership cadence, pipeline quality, partner alignment, deal execution and customer trust.
Taikan Advisory brings the broad view and the discipline to execute.
About Greg Moyle
Taikan Advisory was founded by Greg Moyle, a senior enterprise commercial leader with more than 20 years of experience across enterprise software, cloud platforms, trading technology and business transformation.
-
Greg most recently led SAP's UK Large Enterprise Industry business, with second-line responsibility for sales leaders and enterprise account teams across more than 100 strategic customers. He led a highly matrixed organisation comprising multiple first-line sales managers and enterprise account directors, while orchestrating a broader ecosystem of pre-sales, marketing, legal, GSIs, hyperscalers and specialist consultancies. He carried responsibility for a revenue portfolio in the hundreds of millions, delivered significant year-on-year growth in net new bookings, and materially improved customer renewal rates during his tenure.
Earlier in his career, Greg built and scaled commercial operations in faster-growth, more entrepreneurial environments, including leading Openlink/ION's APAC sales operation from Singapore. That experience gives him perspective from both ends of the spectrum: the discipline required inside complex global enterprises, and the urgency, focus and hands-on execution needed when building revenue engines in less mature markets.
His experience spans the UK, US, EMEA and APAC, with a focus on complex enterprise revenue environments, C-suite engagement, strategic account execution, partner ecosystems, forecast discipline, AI-enabled transformation and large-scale commercial leadership. Taikan Advisory brings that range together for businesses that need senior commercial support without adding permanent overhead.
